Health Challenge

 

 

 

Each day ask yourself these questions. If the answer is yes, put a 1 in the column and row that match on the downloadable sheet below. If it is a no, leave it blank. The max you can get is 8 points for the day. At the end of the week turn it in at church and repeat.

 

Choice – Did you make good choices today?

Rest – Did you get enough sleep last night

Environment – Did you spend time outside

Activity – Did you exercise today? (going for a walk counts)

Trust – Did you spend time with God?

Interpersonal Relationships – Did you spend time with family/Friends?

Outlook – Were you being positive today?

Nutrition – Did you make good choices with food and drink water today?
